These gluten-free Valentine’s Day desserts are are full of chocolate goodness and sure to put a smile on the face of someone special in your life. Valentine’s Day is a great day to celebrate the people we love, but it’s also a day that retailers take advantage of. In our family. we often opt for homemade cards, gifts, and meals. They can be just as good, if not better, at communicating love and making the day special.
All of these recipes are delicious. My personal favorites? The peanut butter cups. I’ve always loved the combination of chocolate and peanut butter, and they’re not difficult to make. But the truffles also use peanut butter (or other nut butter) combined with chocolate, and the flourless chocolate cake is just decadent. So those are my top three picks for you, but they’re all yummy.
