Thanks for all the help. The benefits are enumerable! I don’t have celiac, but have had such bad indigestion for the last year that the doctor put me on blockers. I don’t want to have to take a pill twice a day for the rest of my life just to be comfortable, so my nutritionist suggested gluten free. It’s amazing, I do not have to take those blockers at all, ever!
It wasn’t even as hard as I thought it would be to lose the gluten, but your website really helps with ideas so I’m not eating the same thing every day. Thanks for the variety!
