Sorghum and Cornmeal Porridge
- 4 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 cup sorghum flour
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add the salt.
- Slowly add the corn meal and sorghum flour while mixing with a whisk.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve with honey and a little butter if desired.
