Perfect Instant Pot Eggs
- 6 - 12 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- Bowl of ice water
- Put the 1 cup of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot and place the eggs on the steam rack or in a steamer basket.
- Manually set the Instant Pot to cook for 6 minutes at high pressure.
- When the pot beeps to indicate that cooking is done, set a timer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the valve to release the remaining pressure.
- Remove the eggs and immediately place them in a bowl of ice water until cool.
