Happy Easter

Linda Etherton

cross

I’m taking a break today in honor of Easter.  I hope you all have an enjoyable day.  If you are looking for Easter recipes to try, I posted a Gluten-Free Hot Cross Buns recipe yesterday.  You might also want to check out The Spunky Coconut’s Holiday Round Up.

Going to church will be one of the highlights of my day, but holiday food is always good too.  Easter is often known for the goodies that fill children’s Easter baskets.  There are the popular chocolate bunnies.

But I’m partial to eggs.  Chocolate is okay, but I really love eggs.

And they can be so pretty.

I always enjoyed my Easter basket as a little girl.  However, this is not a picture of me.

I hope you eat safely and have a great day!

Thanks for the Easter wishes, Linda! Ours was lovely. Hope yours was, too. Hope there were lots of pretty eggs for you. 😉 And a little dairy-free chocolate, too. 🙂
