Ground Beef Stew (Slow Cooker)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet along with the copped onion until browned.
  2. Add the garlic and cook a minute or two until fragrant.
  3. Drain and add to a 6 quart slow cooker along with the tomatoes, carrots, broth, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Add the zucchini and cook on high for 1 hour.

Notes

If using a 4 quart slow cooker, cut the recipe in half.
