Granola Bars (Paleo)



  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease a 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut, sunflower seeds, walnuts, cranberries, and flax seeds.
  4. In a smaller bowl, combine the salt, almond butter, honey, and coconut oil.
  5. Add the almond butter mixture to the large bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until combined and all ingredients are moistened.
  6. Press the mixture evenly and firmly into the bottom of the greased pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  8. Place the pan on a wire rack until cool. Cut into bars.
