We had lots of great entries last week, including plenty of delicious looking gluten-free Valentine’s Day desserts (which you can make any day). I find that the cold weather and snow encourages me to get in my kitchen and cook or bake. Do you do that too? I bet you’ll give me some new recipes to try this week.
This carnival is cohosted by Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures and Cassidy’s Craveable Creations. You can enter your link on any of our sites, and it will show up on all three. Here’s how to follow each of us:

The Carnival
We appreciate your participation and are happy to share many of the links on social media sites. However, as much as we hate to put a damper on this fun carnival, entries that do not follow the guidelines will not be shared and will be deleted from the linky.
- You must link back to one of the co-hosts in the text of your post (not on a separate page with a bunch of carnival links).
- Links should be about a gluten-free eating idea. While it doesn’t have to be a recipe, it should be food related.
- Recipes should have gluten-free ingredients or options in the recipe (not just elsewhere in the text).
- If you’re new, please read all the guidelines.
Note: Linking up indicates you are giving permission for us to share your submitted photo and your link via social media or in next week’s post if it is selected as the most popular post for the week or featured as a highlight.
Hi Linda — You’re right about the cold weather making it easier to spend time in the kitchen! It’s good to gather in a warm kitchen with goodies like brownies, granola, pizza and…marshmallows. I couldn’t resist making some marshmallows recently, and we have really enjoyed them, especially on top of a cup of cocoa.
I hope this cold weather is soon gone!
Pat
Hi Linda!
This week I’m sharing my Real Food Strawberry Marshmallows, that contain no dyes, corn syrup, or artificial colors or flavors – just REAL food! Thank you for hosting!
Megan
Thanks so much for featuring the Sunbutter bars- Definitely try it with the almond! This week I have the no bake paleo cashew coconut protein fudge- It MAY be more delicious than the Sunbutter ones…tough call!
Love all the highlights, Linda. And I love colder weather because I do want to be in the kitchen. 🙂
I’ve linked up my new Salted Caramel Shortbread Bars and Baked Potato Soup. Both are nice treats during these cold days. 😉
Thanks for hosting!

The features look delicious! Thank you so much for hosting – I look forward to getting some inspiration! Yum!
Thank you for featuring my Zoodles with Bolognese Sauce recipe!
This week I’m sharing a recipe for cauliflower flatbreads. They’re fluffy and delicious (without a trace of flour!) and can be piled with so many creative toppings.
Looking forward to checking out the other posted recipes. Thank you for hosting!
Hi Linda
I’ve shared my lemon and blueberry cake this week! It’s cold here but we’re really enjoying the longer daylight hours.

Hi Linda!! Thanks for hosting! Yes, I too have been spending quite a bit of time baking and cooking with all the cold and snow around. The kitchen is the best place to be. This week I’m sharing Vegan Corn Bread. I hope that you have a great week!
Thanks so much for highlighting my fudgiest chocolate beet brownies, Linda! 🙂 Sharing a new treat this week — mini-eclairs that are free from gluten, eggs, dairy, and refined sugars. And going to check out Arman’s recipe now… 🙂
