Hi everyone!  Thanks for visiting this gluten-free blog carnival.  If you’re looking for gluten-free eating ideas, this is a great place to find them.  Just browse the links below, and add your own if you’re a blogger.

If you get this post by email, remember to click over to the site later in the day or sometime tomorrow to see what great ideas have been gathered here.

News: Have you heard about the new gluten-free magazine coming out this fall?

Monthly Theme: The theme for August is grilled food.  The theme is just a suggestion, not a requirement, but I do look for theme related recipes to highlight each week.

Last Week’s Highlights:  We had a few grilled food recipes linked up last week.  Be sure to check them out.  They look great.

Soy Ginger Grilled Chicken – MJ’s Kitchen
Grilled Pineapple-Pepper Pork Chops – Simply Living Healthy
Mustard Marinated Chicken Skewers – The Spinach Spot

My Submission:  I’m submitting a recipe to go with this month’s theme of grilled food.

Grilled Kebabs

The Carnival: Please read!

I decided to take the plunge and linkup the tomato pancakes I made for my son & I this week. We went back to being gluten-free the beginning of July and he’s thrilled because it means I get more creative in the kitchen for him! Hope I did everything okay 🙂

Hi Linda, Your kebabs look so tempting, especially with the sausage and apple combination. I’ve linked some Oatmeal Bars with Molasses that are gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free.

Thanks for the opportunity for me to share some of my favorite summertime beverages that are a perfect healthy replacement for Gatorade. I hope you enjoy!
