    Hi Linda,

Your picks from last week all look so good — and I especially like the idea of No-Bake Energy Bars. I’ve linked Trail Mix this week that’s also no bake, providing lots of energy. Have a great week!

Good morning! I’m so sorry, but I added my recipe twice because the first time I mistakenly linked back to this post. I was adding the link to this one in my actual post, and must have just copied and pasted it here by accident. If the first one (#13) can be deleted, I’d really appreciate it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Thanks for hosting!

Hi Linda, I just found your gluten-free blog carnival; what fun! I hopped over to the “3 milk alternatives” post you highlighted last week, and was thrilled to find a yummy-looking recipe for almond milk, which I’ve always wanted to try making. This week’s recipes look great, too; the kale and blueberry salad looks especially intriguing. I joined in the fun with some chocolate zucchini truffles, too. Thanks for hosting!

Hi Linda! I’m still learning the ins and outs of gluten-free things, so if my Caesar Salad dressing isn’t correct, please remove it. 🙂 I wasn’t sure about the Worcestershire sauce.
    Thanks for hosting!!

Stacy, your recipe is fine. Thanks for double checking, though. Worcestershire sauce isn’t necessarily gluten-free, but some of it is such as Lea & Perrins.

    Happy Wednesday, Linda!

I’ve linked up a raw pasta dish that uses zucchini as the noodles…gluten-free naturally! It’s called Raw Spinach Pesto Pasta.

    Have a great day!
