The spinach and ham frittata looks wonderful! Frittatas are my go to dinner when I am short on time. This week I am sharing a Double Chocolate Pizookie that my daughter made for us on Mother’s Day.
i posted a liver pate http://gutsyhealth.wordpress.com/2012/05/14/liver-pate/
I really like your spinach and ham frittata. Our boys love spinach, so there’s a good chance this will work. Speaking of the boys, I made Raspberry Swirl Mousse over the weekend. It is made with raw avocados and raspberries, and they both loved it. Thank you for hosting!
I shared my recipe for Mexican Chocolate Cookies. These cookies have a great flavor now and I will be making them again soon so I can offer the recipe sweetened with liquid stevia and coconut sugar.
Thanks for hosting!
HI,
I shared a video/recipe for Cultured Apple, Carrot Chutney and an article about Spirulina, a superfood from the sea.

Hi, thank you for hosting. This week I’m sharing #3 in my scratch, no-canned ingredient marinara series – Mighty Mushroom. I like to use over-ripe tomatoes from my local farmer’s market ($1/lb), make this sauce ahead and freeze it in a mason jar (leave room for expansion) for later use. Enjoy!
I’ve shared a recipe for a super easy flax meal sandwich bread. It’s free of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and most everything else! Thanks for hosting 🙂
Thanks for hosting. I shared a recipe for beet orange salad on my iron site.
