Hi everyone!  If you are looking for gluten-free eating ideas, you’ve come to the right place.  Just browse the links below, and add your own if you’re a blogger. Thanks for participating!

Still Getting Sick? If you are on a gluten-free diet but think you may still be ingesting gluten, be sure to read my three part series.  Part 1 and Part 2 have already been posted and part 3 will come this Friday.

Frugal Eating Ideas: I don’t have a giveaway this week, but I do have a great list of frugal gluten-free eating ideas that came from my Facebook fans.

Monthly Challenge: April’s challenge is to create a gluten-free dessert bar.  I’ll be highlighting dessert bar recipes that are linked up this week and next.  Keep in mind I’m looking for dessert bars not snack bars.  We’ll do snack bars another month.

Last Week’s Highlights: There were several delicious looking dessert bars last week.   Be sure to take a look at them.

Lemon Bars (dairy free) – Gluten Free Gigi
Dark Chocolate Walnut Bliss Bars (dairy and refined sugar free) – Gluten Free Easily
Raspberry Bars (vegan and refined sugar free) – Without Adornment

My Submission: This week’s recipe is an appetizer.

Bacon and Egg Dip

    Hi Linda —
The dessert bars I’ve been seeing here made me wish for some of my own, so I made some Butterscotch Bars to share. They are gluten-free and nut-free, plus being quick and easy to make.

    Easter blessings —
    Pat

I am mulling a bar idea involving juice pulp, because I have way way too much of it – kind of like a zucchini/carrot bread concept but as a bar. Hoping to get it done before the end of the month 🙂

Eep – just saw your note about dessert bar versus snack bar – if mine turns out not sweet enough for a dessert bar, I will save it for next month’s challenge 🙂
