Hi Linda,
All those lemon recipes look luscious, especially your Trifle! I love lemon, but my husband doesn’t so much, so I try to find individual servings of lemon recipes for me to enjoy if there isn’t someone else around to share with. Wishing you some rain soon!
I shared our coconut flour Vanilla Marionberry Swirl Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting. Totally grain and white sugar free! They were a big hit at our 13 year old’s birthday sleepover.
Thanks for hosting!
This week I am sharing a super easy, kid (and adult) friendly recipe for homemade “jello”- avoiding all the junk in conventional jello.

I’ve been in the mood for ice cream lately, so I added another ice cream recipe this week — Chocolate Chimp (similar to Ben & Jerry’s “Chunky Monkey,” but without dairy products or added sugar). I hope you’ll check it out. Thanks for hosting!
What wonderful, tasty recipes posted already! My mouth is watering as I scan down through the entries and wishing I could just reach in and grab one of them to go with my morning coffee ?
This week I shared on of our family favorites: Sausage Balls. We have been experimenting with adding a ‘little’ extra for additional flavors.
Also [and hope this in not inappropriate or bad etiquette ], I wanted to let everyone know that they are welcome to share their recipes on my Monday recipe linky. Many of my readers are not gluten or allergy free, but have family or friends that are. They don’t necessarily go ‘looking’ for that information, but they do share my sight with people they know who have diet restrictions. I think it’s great to have the ability to share our knowledge through recipes with anyone we can ?
Hi Linda,
Great highlights this week! Love the lemon theme!
Happy Wednesday. Thanks for hosting!

Hi Linda,
Your lemon trifle looks divine! Lemon is such a perfect theme for Spring. I linked up my SunButter cookies, Pumpkin Pancakes and Asparagus Risotto recipes this week. Cheers!
Thanks for hosting! I linked up my Lemon Earl Grey Cookies. 🙂
Hi! Your lemon blueberry trifle looks to die for! I’m a trifle person…very popular in the UK when I was growing up. We used to make it with mushy raspberries and crushed pineapple, sponge cake, custard and whipped cream! I’ve not had one for years but it was only the other day they I was thinking of making one suitable for the SCD now that I’ve created a plain sponge recipe!
Today I shared a simple baked banana dish.
Have an awesome week!
Thank you for featuring my Meyer Lemon Pancakes Linda!
This week I shared my recipe for Meyer Lemon Mousse. This mousse tastes like the filling of a really good lemon meringue pie. It has minimal dairy- only 4 tablespoons of butter for 6 servings.
Thanks for hosting!
Your recipe looks amazing! I have linked in my Vegan Candybar Brownies, no-bake, refined sugar-free, grain-free and positively delicious. Thank you for hosting this event. xoxo
My lemon recipe plans have gone by the wayside so far this month, but you certainly have a lot of great ones already shared, including your yummy trifle! I’m linking up my post on how to make hash browns/hash. It’s an easy “go-to” dish for me, especially when we’re camping. Fabulous way to use up leftover bits of meat and veggies, and, of course, a great way to use the frugal star of the dish … the ultimate comfort food itself–potatoes. 🙂 I planned to link up last night, but then turned in early after clicking “Publish.” 😉
Thanks for hosting each week, Linda!

I’ve shared a generic tutorial on making seed and nut butters, using sunflower seeds as an example. Thanks for hosting!!
This week I’m sharing my Rainbow Coleslaw, featuring a mayonaisse-free dressing made with yogurt, lemon juice and fresh herbs – hope you enjoy it!
