Hi everyone. Happy March! Spring is almost here. Thanks for coming to visit this gluten-free blog carnival. I appreciate everyone’s participation, and I hope you find some great ideas here that you can use in your kitchen.
If you get this post by email, remember to click over to the site later in the day or sometime tomorrow to see what great ideas have been gathered here.
Monthly Theme: February’s theme was soups and stews so I’ll be highlighting a few of those recipes from last week. March’s theme is muffins. I worked on a muffin recipe this week, but it needs more tweaking. Actually, it might need a total overhaul. I sure hope I can come up with something before the end of the month
Last Week’s Highlights:
Lentil Soup – Gluten Free Shortcuts
Garlic Soup – MJ’s Kitchen
Moroccan Spiced Carrot Soup – Gluten Free A-Z Blog
Garlic Kale & Potato Soup – Allergy-Free Vintage Cookery
Coconut, Curry, Chicken and Rice Soup – Real Food, Allergy Free
My Submission: This week I didn’t post an actual recipe, tell you how to make a gluten free version of this appetizer.

Hi,
I shared my grain-free date hamantaschen. Not sure if the giveaway is allowed — it is a grain-free recipe book that you may like to have!
Thanks for hosting. I am looking forward to this month challenge. I have a couple of muffin recipes in the works. This week, I am sharing my Strawberry Kiwi Coffee Cake.
Hi! Thank you for hosting! Today I shared recipes for a Nut Roast and a simple Vegetable Curry! Have a lovely week!
Hi Linda — I am SO glad that March is here, and I’m looking forward to seeing some fun muffins linked here this month. Today I’ve added Napa Cabbage Slaw with Red Wine Vinaigrette to the tantalizing recipes already here.
Linda,
Thanks so much for highlighting my Spicy Moroccan Carrot soup from last week.
I absolutely love your hotdog muffins. My grandkids will adore them. I would use tofu dogs, being a vegetarian.
This week I linked a low carb mushroom risotto made from riced cauliflower instead of rice.
I don’t really make muffins, but I’m sharing a recipe for meatloaf. It could be made in a muffin shape…;)
Happy Wednesday! I’m sharing some delicious Homemade Chocolate Banana Power Bars. Have a great day!

Thanks so much for highlighting my Garlic Soup! I hope you get a chance to make it because if you’re a garlic lover, there is nothing better. I made the mushroom version last week and we love it just as much! Thanks for hosting!
Happy Wednesday!
This week I am sharing a creamy vegan broccoli soup. Also, sharing a little about my recent Crohn’s flare, with some helpful links in the comments. And finally, at the end of this rather serious post, a funny video from one of my favorite ladies!
Have a great week.
Be Well,
–Amber
Looking forward with the muffins. Can’t wait to try them out. Hope you post more of your recipes! Thanks!
