Happy March! As I sit here listening to the sound of sleet falling outside, I’m glad to know that spring is almost here. But with more snow on the way Thursday, I’m content for now to stay in my warm house and do some gluten-free baking that I won’t want to do once hot weather arrives.
I look forward to seeing what you’ve been up to in your kitchen. People’s gluten-free creativity always amazes me!
This carnival is co-hosted by Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures and Cassidy’s Craveable Creations. You can enter your link on any of our sites, and it will show up on all three.
Last Week’s Highlights
We had a tie for the most popular entry last week:
White Bread from What the Fork Food Blog
Apple Fritters from Nummy for My Tummy
My pick:
Cheesecake Caramel Bars from Gluten Free Spinner
My Submission
The Carnival
We appreciate your participation and are happy to share many of the links on social media sites. However, as much as we hate to put a damper on this fun carnival, entries that do not follow the guidelines will not be shared and will be deleted from the linky.
- You must link back to one of the co-hosts in the text of your post (not on a separate page with a bunch of carnival links).
- Links should be about a gluten-free eating idea. While it doesn’t have to be a recipe, it should be food related.
- Recipes should have gluten-free ingredients or options in the recipe (not just elsewhere in the text).
- If you’re new, please read all the guidelines.
Note: Linking up indicates you are giving permission for us to share your submitted photo and your link via social media or in next week’s post if it is selected as the most popular post for the week or featured as a highlight.
Wow! This is a delicious line-up! Those Apple Fritters look insanely good! As does the white bread, cheesecake caramel bars, and short ribs! Yum.
Thanks for hosting!
Andrea
Hi Linda–No sleet here, thank goodness, but we’re expected to get the snow for sure. I do love to bake from fall to early spring, but have been trying to abstain as I don’t get much help with the eating part unless Son is home. 😉
It’s fun when there are ties! Both of those look great and I’d welcome your ribs and Mary’s treats, too. 🙂
This week I’ve linked up my latest Bountiful Bread Basket roundup–65 more gluten-free loaf bread recipes including recipes in every category (vegan, paleo, etc.)–and the latest roundup of pistachio desserts on All Gluten-Free Desserts. We have so much talent in the gf community that it’s fun to round up all the creations. 😉

So…The Mexican short ribs you shared with us? I reckon they’d be perfect made into wraps with what I submitted today- I think I’m going to make it and try it out 😉
Hi Linda
We’ve also had a cold week with snow showers but Spring is on its way! I’m sharing one of the most popular recipes on my blog this week – simple buckwheat crepes and wraps.
Thank you for hosting!
Good morning Linda! Colds have been going on for everyone these days. Spring is just around the corner, and down the street, and up the hill, but it is on it way. 🙂
This week I’m sharing Avocado Raw Cashew Dip. I hope you have a great week!
Thanks for featuring my bread recipe Linda! And those short ribs sound so good!
Hi Linda! Thanks for hosting…another great GF Wednesday! And thanks for picking my Cheesecake Bars!
Mary
Hi Linda — thank you for another great party! Those cheesecake bars look delish!
Everything looks so great on here Linda! Thanks for hosting another great party! I wish I had something to contribute this week but I haven’t baked anything recently 🙁
