Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays! This carnival has come a long way since its early days when only a handful of bloggers participated and linky lists didn’t have pictures.
I appreciate everyone’s participation and the comments you leave. I look forward to seeing what you bring to the carnival each week.

Thanks for hosting!
Thanks for hosting this recipe swap each week!
Hi Linda,
Your muffins sound so good! I always like almonds and cranberries together. Today I’ve linked one of my family’s all-time favorite main dishes, Meatloaf with Mushroom Sauce. It was a little challenging to convert to GF, both the meatloaf and the sauce, but this version satisfies their expectations.
Have a good week!
Linda, thank for featuring my muffins, hope you try them…so quick to throw together! This week I shared a great dinner: Cuban Picadillo, which is a hamburger and rice dish with lots of flavor!

i also shared a really easy applesauce that leaves the peels right on!

Thanks for letting me share again!
I’ve left a buttermilk scone recipe (wicked easy, whole-grain, and pretty low in sugar) that I’ve found to be very adaptable. Savory, sweet, and flexible in the flours you use. If you don’t have a one-link only (I usually only leave one, but I don’t remember if that’s a rule or just my own habit!), I’ll link up to an older semi-decadent mini-muffin recipe that I adore.
Happy Wednesday! I was working on muffin recipes to share, but they needed some tweaking. Next week, maybe? I shared Raspberry Chicken, which can be dairy free as well as gluten free and low in sodium. My Broccoli and Cheese Casserole is a one-dish wonder: throw in the raw ingredients, pop it in the oven and come back when it is done.
Thank you for hosting! I pinned your carnival in hopes it will reach more people who need gluten free ideas.
Happy Wednesday!
To go along with your monthly muffin theme, I’m sharing Ginger Parsnip Muffins. Free of: grains, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, cane-sugar, and gums. 🙂
Also, I’m having a great giveaway on my blog: 3 smoothie eBooks up for grabs. Come on over and check it out!
