Welcome! Thanks for stopping by to browse and/or participate in this gluten-free food carnival. A party is never very fun if no one shows up. I’m the host, but it’s all of you who make this a party! I hope you take time to stop by and visit each other’s links. It makes the party more fun.

Hi!
I’m sharing a roasted sweet potato & black bean salad with a zesty lime dressing. It’s gluten-free, vegan, and SUPER nutritious!

Thanks so much for hosting! I shared a Roasted Spaghetti Squash w/ Green Garlic, Brown Butter & Parmesan recipe. The green garlic adds a wonderful, mild, garlic flavor. It’s so yummy! Thanks again.

Thanks so much for featuring my Mafe! It’s really a tasty stew and quite different. I’m linking up 2 recipes this week – a granola and a soup. Totally forgot the theme until I reread the instructions. Whoops! Thanks so much for hosting!
MJ, the monthly theme is only a suggestion. You are always welcome to link up any GF eating idea.
Hi Linda,
I’ve served my family kale in soup, kale in salads and kale as chips. Today I’ve linked some kale with zucchini and fusilli pasta. It’s GFCF, egg-free, low-carb, nut-free and vegetarian. I think my husband would especially like your tater tot casserole — ground beef with tater tots and a creamy sauce sound good to me, too.
No soup this week, but I’m linking up some what’s-in-the-frig cookies. Which is pretty much how I come up with soup. Thanks for hosting this linkup each week.
