It’s November, and Thanksgiving is not far off. I’m sure this carnival will be a great resource for people looking for holiday as well as everyday gluten free eating ideas. I can’t wait to see what you share this week.
Homemade Gifts: I don’t have a giveaway for you this week, but I am looking for homemade food gift ideas. Let me know if you have any.
Monthly Theme: November’s theme is stuffing. I don’t expect we’ll have quite as many entries for this one, but that’s okay. Stuffing is one of the most missed parts of a Thanksgiving meal for gluten free folks. I have never made gluten free stuffing myself, but I’m going to give it a try this year. I hope to share my results with you and I look forward to seeing your recipes.
Last Week’s Highlights: There were some great squash recipes last week. Take a look at these.
Santa Fe Spaghetti Squash Casserole – Debbie Does Dinner
Pumpkin Quinoa Pilaf with Bacon – Gluten Free and Loving It
Cranberry Pumpkin Spice Biscotti – City|Life|Eats
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars – Live Free, Gluten Free
Pumpkin Marshmallows – Hanunyah’s Sweet Creations
My Submission: My submission this week is a delicious muffin recipe.

Hi Linda – thank you for linking up my biscotti recipe 🙂 I am submitting a spiced quinoa recipe this week. I have been craving stuffing and am thinking of making some this month (it has been over two years since I have had any stuffing) – if I do make any, I will submit 🙂
Thank you also for commenting today 🙂 Have a great day!
I’m linking up my all things pumpkin roundup, which includes my Pumpkin Pecan Pie recipe. That pie is definitely Thanksgiving worthy. 🙂 So much good stuff already, Linda. Thank you for hosting! Off to see what present ideas have been added …
Shirley
I have a gf stuffing recipe that I love, I will have to track it down. I linked up my GF Pumpkin White Chip Waffle Cookies. Thanks for hosting!
Your muffins look really tasty. I love coconut and pineapple together, I’m going to add your recipe to my Must-Make list. Thanks for sharing
Hi Linda!
I am so excited to have found your blog!!! This will be my first Thanksgiving GF and I’m so glad to know that I am not alone! I will be trying a GF stuffing so I’m hoping I find some great ideas this month 🙂
Thanks for hosting 🙂
Hi,
I shared my Grain-Free Fried Chicken and a video for making Salmon Patties.
Hi there,
This is my first time linking up, and I’m loving all of the delicious links. Thanks for hosting!
Good Morning! I’m sharing some great recipes brought together for the Wholesome Whole Food Cooking Event.
I shared my Ginger Cake recipe today, sweetened only with honey yet every bit as yummy as a regular ginger cake!
Thank you Linda for hosting again! I just made some of my corn-free millet cornbread (gf/DF) and plan on experimenting with some stuffing recipes. Everyone tells me we HAVE to have stuffing, and I have to make it good enough for their non-sensitive palettes! Looking forward to seeing what people post.

Dear Linda,
Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog! Oh, and if you decide to move to Georgia, we could have some great gluten free parties! 🙂
Too bad Toccoa is in the news today, and it’s not for a very good reason!
I hope to find some fabulous stuffing recipes. We had an early Thanksgiving here with my mom, and I had to sit out on the stuffing–it was awful!
Thanks for hosting this recipe swap each week, Linda! I’m actually not linking up a recipe this week, I found some amazing gf pizzelles at the grocery and had to rave about them. So I linked those up.
