Hi Linda,
Your sweet potato theme is perfect for fall. I linked a gluten free dinner with a red lentil soup, a bitter greens and fresh cranberry salad, and a black bean and sliced sweet potato entree. Thanks for hosting.
Thanks so much for hosting!
This week I’ve shared a post on 8 ways to use up the wrinkly old bell peppers that are on sale right now.
I also wanted to share my blog’s new link-up called Waste Not Want Not for frugal living tips and recipes (on Poor and Gluten Free.blogspot.com) I’d like to invite everyone to stop by and share their ideas and posts, or to find something useful!
I had to reach into my oldies but goodies for a sweet potato recipe before the month is out! I’m linking up my Black Bean Sweet Potato Tacos. The filling is so delicious. Just wrap it up in your favorite tortilla.
Have a great rest of your week!
Heather

Thanks for highlighting my sweet potato and fennel dish!!! Hope you’ve having a great week and thanks for hosting!
I shared my Butternut Squash Apple Saute. It isn’t quite sweet potatoes but would most likely work with them. (They aren’t on my diet.) The dish is naturally sweet from the apple.
Thanks for hosting, Linda! I haven’t been here for awhile, but I’m back with some recipes.
Hey Linda, I linked up the other day, planning to come back with another recipe, but that didn’t happen. Thanks so much for highlighting my sweet potato recipes from last week and for hosting every week. I think I linked up my last gfe sweet potato recipe this week. Looking forward to the new theme for November. Wow, it sounds weird to say that!
Stay safe this weekend! Hugs,
Shirley
