Hi Linda —
Today I’ve brought some Pico de Gallo (Salsa Fresca), the freshest way to have salsa. It’s also healthy and allergy-friendly — GF, DF, SF…in fact, it’s free of the Top 8 allergens. Only 6 ingredients. Just add some chips or spoon some over a salad.
Have a great week!
Pat
I always love the variety of recipes shared here. Must check out that shortbread for sure and your chicken looks delicious. 🙂 I’ve linked up my Top 10 Recipe and Discussion Posts for last year and all time (to celebrate my 5-year blogiversary), plus another post on more favorite recipes of mine from last year.
Thanks for always “being the host with the most,” Linda!
