With 4th of July coming up this weekend, you might be planning to attend or host a summer cookout. If you’re wondering what gluten-free recipes to make, here are a few suggestions, mainly for side dishes and desserts. I’ve also included my recipe for hamburger buns. They’re soft and moist and a nice size as opposed to some of the huge dry ones that I’ve purchased. If you want an idea for something other than typical grilled burgers or chicken, I’ve included my kebabs recipe which is fun.
These summer cookout recipes are popular with everyone – gluten free or not – so don’t hesitate to serve them to friends and family who are not gluten free. Enjoy your holiday weekend!

Yum! I know that you make great cookout food, Linda! I can vouch for your burgers, salads, and, of course, that scrumptious Angel Food Cake of yours!
Hope you all have a great 4th!
