Welcome to our winter edition of Gluten-Free Recipe Fix. For this carnival, we’re sharing both Valentine’s Day recipes and winter chow. Think soups, stews, winter fruit and vegetables, baked goods, etc.
The linky will be open through February 17. I’m co-hosting this event with my friend Shirley of Gluten Free Easily. You can follow us both here:

Carnival Guidelines
- All entries must be a gluten-free recipe. If it is a recipe with gluten-free options, those options must be listed in the recipe ingredients, not simply elsewhere in the text of the post.
- Entries should fit within the theme of the carnival (Valentine’s Day/Winter Chow)
- Entries that do not follow the above guidelines will be deleted.
Please Read
- Linking up indicates you are giving permission for us to share your submitted photo and your link via social media.
- While all of the links in this carnival should contain gluten-free ingredients, please verify that for yourself. People have differing opinions on what brands they consider safe. Keep this in mind as you view the recipes.

Everything is so Pretty in Pink!! ? This has to be one of the prettiest blog link ups I have seen yet! Thank you so much for the invitation!
I have linked up my favorite instant goat milk strawberry ice cream (literally just had another bowl of this 30 minutes ago!) my new fave paleo/vegan chocolate cream pie, and a super savory loaded cream of celery soup.
Thank you for helping to make Valentine’s Day that much more special and accessible!
xoxo
Thanks, Andrea! Your recipes all sound delicious!
Hi Linda! I am loving the sound of those edible chocolate cups filled with pudding… Love!!
I’m sharing Chocolate (every woman’s fav) Cake as well as Roasted Butternut Squash Soup.
Wishing you a happy Valentine’s Day!!
Thanks for hosting, Linda (and Shirley!)
I’m so trying out the avocado chocolate pudding in the chocolate cups- I’ve still been skeptical about the combination but those look amazing!
Hope you are feeling much better too 🙂
