Delicious dinner, breakfast, and dessert ideas are lined up at this week’s gluten-free menu plan. The homemade fish sticks require a little extra effort, but they’re worth it. The slow cooker chicken is super easy and the leftovers can be used in the chicken and broccoli chowder.
As for dessert, the cinnamon bundt cake is soft and flavorful and can be topped with a simple glaze.

My husband had diarrhea for 1 1/2 years. 4 doctors, weight loss and a few other symptoms. One evening I suggested eliminating gluten. One day off gluten and the diarrhea ended. It was just that quick. The only issue we have is living on Social Security. I’m learning new recipes to make bread and treats from scratch because the more the companies take out of food, the more they charge. It has been a learning experience. All gluten containing foods are out of the house. I decided we could both do this if I didn’t single him out and be grumpy. Your menus are great. All made with things that are in my pantry or freezer. Thank you.
You’re welcome. I’m glad to hear that your husband has found the answer to his problems, thanks to you. It sounds like you’re very supportive, and I’m glad I can help you out.
