The beautiful month of October is here, and I look forward to clearer skies and crisp fall air after the days of rain we’re experiencing now are over. More and more I seem to be using my crock pot, and this month you’ll find two slow cooker recipes each week.

Linda, I love you. Thank you so so much for what you do. Seeing a weekly menu in my inbox just makes my day – and makes my life so much easier. I’m trying very hard to come up with new things to eat that are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and now mostly Sugar free, and having a full menu of ideas to work with makes the whole thing so much easier. I suffer from a huge number of issues from inflammation, and if people saw my swollen hands after eating gluten they’d know that “GF” is certainly not just a fad here!!!
