All of the main dish recipes in this week’s gluten-free menu are favorites in our house, including a great way to use any leftover turkey you may have (or use chicken). The baked macaroni and cheese is a meatless dish, but with the milk, egg, and cheese in it, it can stand on it’s own. Or, add a simple meat option to your meal. You can also use milk, butter, and cheese substitutes in that recipe if needed.
The pecan praline cake is a dessert that I haven’t made in a while, but before I was dairy free (and eating butter), it was one of my favorites.
