There are plenty of warm, comforting, and delicious meals lined up for this week’s gluten-free menu plan. Seriously, there are some favorites here including chicken Parmesan, shepherd’s pie, taco soup, and cheeseburger fries.
I haven’t made the pumpkin roll in a long time because of the dairy in it, but it used to be one of my favorite Thanksgiving desserts. It can be made ahead and frozen, making the big day a little easier.
