This week’s gluten-free meal plan has a mix of really easy and slightly more complicated meals (the first two). Whether you follow this plan closely or just use a few ideas, I hope you find it helpful.
I know our eating habits change over the summer, and yours probably do too. I don’t always stick to this plan, because sometimes I just want a simple salad with lots of toppings or grilled hamburgers in a lettuce wrap.

I had every intention of making your meatloaf last week but the weather suddenly turned into an oven and I ended up eating deli meat with GF corn chips and guac….It wasn’t the worst! The irony now is the slow cooker pineapple chicken dish is reallllly tempting me!
