Thankfully our weather has cooled down a bit here, but this week’s gluten-free menu plan avoids the oven anyway with the exception of the fruit pizza.
Speaking of fruit pizza, it’s an attractive and delicious summertime dessert that could easily be made red white and blue for the 4th of July. I love that it uses fresh summer berries and fruit, even if the cookie crust does require baking.
