This week’s gluten-free menu plan has some great recipes lined up that are perfect for getting dinner on the table even when the weather is super hot. The main dish recipes use the stove top, grill, and slow cooker so you don’t have to turn on the oven. (See my ideas for using your slow cooker in the summer.)
You do have to turn on the oven for the flourless peanut butter cookies (which can be made with any nut butter) and the muffins (but they’re well worth it). Try baking early in the morning or in the evening when the temperatures are a bit lower.
