With the arrival of fall, I’m back to using my oven, though I haven’t started making soups yet. You’ll see that reflected in this week’s gluten-free menu plan. I hope it helps you in planning your meals for the week.
The recipes in this menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets for those who are interested. Most weeks there aren’t very many adjustments needed, but for some reason I planned a lot of meals this week that contain dairy and grains. Sorry about that!
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Chicken Parmesan with gluten-free pasta and salad – Omit the cheese or use a substitute for dairy free. For grain free, coat the chicken with almond flour and omit the pasta or use squash noodles.
Easy Beef Enchiladas with veggies and dip – Omit the cheese or use a substitute for dairy free. For grain free, use a paleo wrap or have a taco salad.
Baked Macaroni and Cheese with steamed broccoli – Use Daiya cheese substitute for dairy free. For grain free, you really need to go with a different meal. I would eat leftover when I prepare this for the family.
Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and mashed potatoes.
Tilapia with Tomatoes, rice, and green beans almandine. Omit the rice for grain free.
Calzones and salad. Omit the cheese or use a substitute for dairy free. For grain free, try zucchini crust pizza.
