One of my boys has a birthday coming up this week (it’s a big one too—18!), and I know he’ll most likely want carrot cake, so I’ve included it on this week’s gluten-free menu plan. You’ll find a number of family favorites this week that are sure to be hits at your house too.
The recipes in this menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets for those who are interested.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Italian Sausage & Pasta – Omit the pasta or substitute quinoa for grain free.
Fish Tacos with veggies and dip – Have a taco salad for grain free.
Chicken Scampi with Broccoli – Omit the pasta for grain free or substitute spaghetti squash.
Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies (grain free but does use refined sugar)
