I hope you all had an enjoyable 4th of July!
Summer heat has hit us here, and so the only recipe in this week’s gluten-free menu plan that requires the oven is the cheeseburger fries. I haven’t tried them on the grill, but it might work. 🙂
And for dessert I’ve included two ice cream topping recipes.
The recipes in this menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Bacon Wrapped Chicken, mashed cauliflower, and zucchini with walnuts. All dairy and grain free.
Hamburgers with homemade hamburger buns and Broccoli Slaw – All dairy free. Omit the buns and use a lettuce wrap for grain free.
Ground Beef Goulash with salad. Dairy free, but not grain free because of the pasta. Try substituting squash or other vegetables for the pasta.
Chicken & Brown Rice (Slow Cooker) with green beans almandine. Dairy free but not grain free because of the rice. I make this for my family and eat the chicken without the rice. If you want the whole meal to be grain free, try grilled chicken.
Spanish Rice with Sausage and spinach salad. Again, dairy free, but the rice is not grain free. Try zucchini and sausage instead.
Cheeseburger Fries with veggies and dip. Grain free but not dairy free. Try Daiya cheese substitute or grill burgers and potato wedges.
Breakfast Idea
Zucchini Cakes – I haven’t tried a grain free flour in these, but I bet it would work fine.
Dessert Idea
Caramel Topping (contains dairy) or Chocolate Syrup (dairy free)
