Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Grilled Kebabs – I love the simplicity of these kebabs. Serve with quinoa and greens.
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Salad – If you have lots of fresh tomatoes to use, you can make your sauce from scratch in the crock pot.
Grilled Citrus Honey Chicken, Potatoes, and Broccoli – The recipe is from Kim at Cook It Allergy Free. I love the orange juice and honey idea.
Tilapia with Tomatoes & Pesto, Rice, Salad – This recipe from Erin at $5 Dinners looks great!
Brown Rice Salad, Veggies & Dip – This is a favorite summer meal that can be eaten hot or cold. It’s great for taking to the pool or on a picnic.
Grilled Pizza & Salad – Keep the heat out of your kitchen and cook your pizza on the grill. Or, try a zucchini crust pizza if you want a low-carb option.
Hamburgers, Corn on the Cob, Veggies & Dip – My garden is producing lots of cucumbers right now, so we have sliced cukes with most of our meals. The kids like dipping them in Ranch dressing.
Dessert Idea
This cake is marvelous all by itself, but it’s even better served with berries, chocolate sauce, or lemon curd.
