Chicken, Vegetable, & Pineapple Meal, Quinoa – Stove top cooking heats up your kitchen much less than using the oven. Here’s a tasty skillet meal.
Stew Meat Gravy with Mushrooms (slow cooker), Rice, Blue Cheese Walnut Green Beans
Tacos, Corn on the Cob, Salad – In case you missed it, Saturday’s recipe round up includes a number of ways to cook corn on the cob.
Chicken & Greens with Tortellini – This recipe is from Alea at Premeditated Leftovers. I do have to find gluten-free tortellini for the recipe.
Italian Sausage and Pasta – This is an all in one meal that my family enjoys.
Zucchini Pizza (or this zucchini pizza), Salad – I’m hoping that by the end of the week, turning on the oven for a little bit will be tolerable.
Multi-Grain Waffles, Fresh Fruit – A fun weekend dinner.
