I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. Who wants to think about making a menu where there is so much else to do? I hope this gluten-free menu plan makes life easier for you!
The recipes in this menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Sloppy Joes (slow cooker) on your favorite gluten-free buns or homemade hamburger buns served with fresh veggies and dip. You will probably have leftovers that can be frozen and used for an easy meal another night. For grain free, I eat the sloppy Joe mix from a bowl.
Grilled Chicken with Potato Zucchini Mash and Honeyed Beets – Just use a milk substitute in the potatoes. The rest is dairy and grain free.
Salisbury Steak with quinoa and fresh steamed green beans. Omit the rice for grain free.
Chicken Cacciatore with rice and salad. Omit the rice and use arrowroot starch to thicken the cacciatore for grain free.
Zucchini and Sausage with mashed cauliflower. No modifications needed!
Grilled Pizza with salad. For dairy free, try a cheese substitute such as Daiya or simply omit the cheese. For grain free make a zucchini crust—dairy free, or with dairy
Breakfast Idea
Buckwheat Pancakes – Use a milk substitute for dairy free. For grain free try almond flour pancakes.
Dessert Idea
Carrot Cake Fruit Cream – Stay cool and healthy with this cold dairy and grain free dessert.
