The recipes in this menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Sloppy Joes (slow cooker) on your favorite gluten-free buns or homemade hamburger buns served with fresh veggies and dip. You will probably have leftovers that can be frozen and used for an easy meal another night. For grain free, I eat the sloppy Joe mix from a bowl.
Salisbury Steak with quinoa and fresh steamed green beans. Omit the rice for grain free.
Chicken Cacciatore with rice and salad. Omit the rice and use arrowroot starch to thicken the cacciatore for grain free.
Carrot Cake Fruit Cream – Stay cool and healthy with this cold dairy and grain free dessert.
