I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful month of May. You might be firing up your grill already or still turning on the oven. This gluten-free menu plan has a mix of stovetop, oven, and crock pot recipes.
All recipes are gluten free, but I have included some suggestions for dairy and/or grain free.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Chicken Parmesan with Salad – This dish is still good without any cheese, or you could use a substitute. For grain free, try using almond flour for breading the chicken.
Split Pea Soup with Breadsticks – All dairy free. Omit the bread sticks for grain free.
Fish Tacos – Omit the crema for dairy free. Make a fish taco salad for grain free.
Whole Chicken (Oven, Crock Pot, or Rotisserie), Rice, and Broccoli – Simply omit the rice or use your favorite substitute for grain free.
Italian Sausage and Pasta – For grain free, use a grain-free pasta, or omit the pasta and toss together the sausage and broccoli with the olive oil and seasonings.
Focaccia Bread Sandwich and Salad – Omit cheese for dairy free or use a substitute. For grain free, I eat the sandwich filling without the bread or have leftovers.
