I’m looking forward to some warmer weather next week, but it is still plenty cool for using my oven. So in this week’s gluten-free meal plan, you’ll find a variety of meals that use the stove top, oven, and slow cooker.
The recipes in this menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets for those who are interested.
Dinner Ideas
Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry with rice – Omit the rice for grain free and use arrowroot starch to thicken.
Spinach Casserole – Use dairy substitutes if needed and arrowroot starch for grain free
Salisbury Steak with mashed cauliflower (or potatoes) and green beans – Use milk substitute if dairy free. For grain free, use arrowroot starch for thickening the soup and potato flakes for the steak.
Slow Cooker Whole Chicken (or roast in the oven) with quiinoa and broccoli
White Bean Chicken Chili with Salad
Pizza or Zucchini Pizza with veggies and dip

I enjoy cooking, Family enjoy trying something tasty, even when I tell them it’s Gluten free, They use to question me, now they just try. Only Two Members have Allergies, Too many tasty things, will never be Slim, When I take a dish to friends I don’t mention that it’s Gluten free.
