Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Chicken Parmesan with gluten-free pasta and salad. You can omit the cheese for a dairy free version or use a cheese substitute. If grain free, try coating with almond flour and use spaghetti squash in place of pasta.
Taco Soup with veggies and dip. Add cheese and sour cream if not dairy free. Omit corn if grain free.
Baked Macaroni and Cheese with steamed broccoli. My family loves this one so I make it for them regularly. I eat something else that night—usually leftovers.
Baked Catfish (or other fish that you prefer), rice, and green beans.
Pizza with salad. Being grain and dairy free I no longer try to make pizza for myself. I usually have a large salad with meat toppings.
