I don’t know about where you live, but around here it’s been very cold this week, especially the past couple of days. I’ve been able to keep up my routine of walking our dogs twice a day, but I have to admit that the walks are a bit shorter and sometimes later in the morning.
With the cold in mind, this gluten-free meal plan has some dinners like pumpkin chili and chicken and mushroom soup that will warm you up. You can always rearrange the order of this menu to fit your weather and schedule.

Hamburger (or Sausage) Spinach Quiche – For grain free, omit the crust and use arrowroot starch instead of cornstarch in the quiche.
