Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope all are having a great day and enjoying some special food with your loved ones.
My husband and I went out for an early Valentine’s dinner on Thursday evening to avoid the crowds. We went to a local Irish restaurant that has gluten-free options. We got a table by the fireplace and he enjoyed shepherd’s pie while I had the best pot roast I’ve ever eaten. I had to substitute the mashed potatoes, which come with almost everything on the menu, because they contain milk, but that was fine. It was a delicious meal.
Hopefully this gluten-free menu plan will help you in preparing meals that you can safely eat at home and that your whole family will enjoy. The recipes in this meal plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets for those who are interested.
