I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and enjoyed a little time off this week. I sure did! I love having a few days where I spend very little time on the computer and can focus on being with my family.
The recipes in this gluten-free menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets for those who are interested.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Salisbury Steak with mashed potatoes and Green Beans Almandine – Use potato flakes and arrowroot starch (in the cream soup) in the Salisbury steak to make it grain free.
Crock Pot Chicken and Vegetables with rice and spinach salad – omit the rice for grain free
Easy Chicken Divan with quinoa – for grain free, use arrowroot starch in the cream soup, for dairy free, omit the cheese and use a milk substitute.
Crock Pot Beef and Green Beans with rice – omit the rice for grain free and use arrowroot starch in place of the rice flour.
Salmon Chowder with salad and bread sticks – omit the bread sticks for dairy free.
Hot Pockets with veggies and dip – Omit cheese for dairy free. This cannot be made grain free. Instead try meatballs and sauce served over spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles.
