It’s Christmas week and while we’re busy planning food for that big day, we still have to eat the rest of the week. This gluten-free menu plan has some delicious easy meals for you as well as some ideas to help make Christmas day special.
This week I have some easy and tasty dinner ideas including baked salmon which would be perfect for Christmas Eve. The gold potatoes would be a great Christmas dinner side dish if you can eat dairy. If you have ham for Christmas try using the leftovers in a ham loaf.
The cinnamon rolls are a Christmas tradition at our house, and these can be made dairy free.
