Thanksgiving is this week, but I have not included the day in this menu plan. You can see my roundup of favorite Thanksgiving recipes here. I have included turkey pot pie which is great for using turkey leftovers.
The recipes in this gluten-free menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide some suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets for those who are interested.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Italian Sausage with Quinoa and Broccoli
Chicken Scampi โ Serve the chicken and veggies with zucchini noodles for grain free.
Taco Soup and salad โ Omit corn for grain free.
Crock Pot Beef & Vegetables with green beans almandine.
Turkey Pot Pie โ Use butter substitutes for dairy free. For grain free, have a salad topped with leftover turkey.
