Gluten-Free Menu Plan 11-15-14 | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

There are some good comfort foods in this gluten-free menu plan with recipes such as baked macaroni and cheese, chili and corn bread, and potato soup with bacon.  And with a cold week ahead of us, I know my family will enjoy these warm comfort foods.

The recipes in this menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets for those who are interested.

Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan

Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Baked Macaroni and Cheese) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Baked Macaroni & Cheese and steamed broccoli, add an easy meat if you need it, such as baked chicken. Use a cheese substitute for dairy free. For grain free, omit the mac and cheese and have an omelet instead.

 

Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Shepherd's Pie) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Shepherd’s Pie using veggies of choice. For dairy free, use a milk and butter substitutes such as almond milk and coconut oil.

 

Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Pumpkin Chili) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Pumpkin Chili with salad and corn bread – Omit the corn bread for grain free.

 

Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Chicken and Brown Rice) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Chicken and Brown Rice with green beans – Use milk substitute for dairy free. For grain free, omit the rice (for one person), or for the whole family cook a whole chicken and veggies in the crock pot.

 

Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Potato Soup with Bacon) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Potato Soup with Bacon and spinach salad – Use almond milk for dairy free

 

Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Spaghetti and Meatballs) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Spaghetti with Meatballs, veggies and dip – For grain free use zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash.

Pumpkin Roll – This can be made ahead and frozen for Thanksgiving.
