This week’s gluten-free menu plan will help make dinners easier with two crock pot recipes. One of them is a whole chicken and the leftovers can be used in soup another night.
The recipes in this menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets for those who are interested.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Chicken & Broccoli Chowder with Breadsticks – The chowder can easily be made dairy free with a butter and milk sub. For grain free, thicken the soup with arrowroot starch if desired and omit the bread sticks.
Crock Pot Beef Stew and salad – For grain free, thicken the stew with arrowroot starch or simply omit the rice flour.
Fish Sticks with Oven Fries and Broccoli – For grain free substitute crushed potato chips or other grain free coating.
