This week’s gluten-free menu plan has a line up of delicious recipes your family is sure to enjoy. Use them in the order that fits your schedule or pick and choose a few recipes and mix them with a few of your own.
The recipes in this menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets for those who are interested.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts with Quinoa Pilaf and salad.
London Broil (grilled or broiled) with Butternut Squash Soup and green beans almandine.
Nacho Casserole with veggies and hummus. Omit the cheese or use a substitute for dairy free. For grain free, omit the chips and eat the casserole like a dip with veggies.
Chicken Cacciatore (Slow Cooker) with rice and salad. For grain free, omit the starch, cut up the chicken, and serve as a soup. Omit the rice.
Spanish Rice with Sausage and Grilled Zucchini. For grain free have Zucchini and Sausage.
Pizza with veggies and dip. For grain free, make zucchini crust pizza. For dairy free, use a cheese substitute or omit it and put toppings on the marinara sauce.
