I’m loving the cooler weather and the addition of soups and casseroles to the menu. Your family is sure to enjoy this week’s gluten-free menu plan with dishes like chicken chili, Mexican lasagna, and biscuit crust pizza!
The recipes in this menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets for those who are interested.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Spinach Casserole with Salad – Omit cheese or use a substitute for dairy free (also a milk sub in the cream soup recipe). For grain free use arrowroot starch in the cream soup. Be sure the tater tots you use are gluten free. You should be able tell by reading the label.
White Bean Chicken Chili and steamed broccoli.
Mexican Lasagna and salad – Omit cheese or use a substitute for dairy free. I haven’t made this grain free, but you could try a sub for the corn tortillas such as squash. Otherwise, have a taco salad.
Roast Beef & Vegetables (Slow Cooker) with green beans. You can even throw the green beans in during the last hour of cooking (on high).
Sausage with Apples & Onions – Also makes a great dinner
Crispy Rice Pumpkins – These are fun fall or Halloween treats.
