With my second son now married, I’ve gone from feeding five or more on a daily basis to feeding only three. I’m learning to adjust my menu plans, make smaller recipes, and use leftovers more. This weekly gluten-free menu plan has for some time been suggestions to help you, and not necessarily what I plan for my family. Therefore, I will continue to provide the menu plan as usual.
The recipes in this menu plan are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for dairy free and grain free diets for those who are interested.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Easy Beef Enchiladas with salad – Omit cheese or use a substitute for dairy free. Use paleo wraps for grain free or have a taco salad.
Stew Meat Gravy and Mushrooms with rice and green beans – Omit the rice for grain free and use arrowroot starch for thickening.
Tilapia and Tomatoes with rice or quinoa and spinach salad.
Blueberry Coconut Flour Muffins (grain free)
Orange Almond Cake (grain free)
