Baked Macaroni and Cheese is a meal my kids absolutely love. They are happy to eat it once a week and would probably like it more than that!
Rotisserie chicken & salad was an easy no-cook meal we had after I did a BJ’s shopping trip. We had a nice big tossed salad with chicken on top. We also ate Veggie Straws with it, but I have since crossed those off my gluten-free list because they are manufactured with wheat products.
Baked salmon is another favorite here. We had rice and broccoli with it. It’s really an easy meal that’s enjoyed by everyone, including a friend of the boys who was over.
Crock pot roast beef & potatoes is easy to throw together in the morning. I like to use chuck roast because the slow cooking makes fall-apart tender.
Pizza -I used my large crust recipe and we had plenty leftover for lunch the next day. I omit the dry milk powder to make the crust dairy free and then use Daiya cheese on my part of the pizza.
