Last week I attended three holiday parties that included dinner. Ironically, it was the celiac support group dinner that I seemed to have problems with, probably because I was less cautious there. Except for the support group dinner, I mostly ate the food that I took and that made by other gluten-free friends.
Here are the rest of our gluten-free menu for last week:
Crock Pot Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Broccoli – During this particularly busy time of year I use my crock pot quite a bit.
Crock Pot Cube Steaks, Roasted Potatoes, and Green Beans – Cube steaks have always been one of my husband’s favorites. He told me this week, though, that he likes my Salisbury steak better.
Rotisserie Chicken and Mashed Cauliflower – Rotisserie chicken is another quick meal I rely on for busy times. Just be sure to get one that is gluten free.
Baked Salmon, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, and Salad
